After two incredible years of Early Access development, this is our final update milestone before version 1.0! From now on, well no longer use numbered versions and will instead refer to this simply as the Early Access build. We\'re shifting our focus from adding new cards and content to polishing the game for its full release.\n\nThis milestone wouldnt be possible without you, our amazing community. Every suggestion, bug report, and funny screenshot helped shape Terracards into what it is today. Were beyond grateful for your patience, feedback, and support throughout this journey. MacOS: Black Screen Fixed (for real this time!)

\n\nIn the last update, we believed the black screen issue on Mac was related to the GameMaker compiler (YYC vs VM), so we switched to a DRM-free build without Steam achievements.\n\nTurns out the real cause was the refresh rate being changed during startup and thanks to a dedicated user named Ender, who provided tons of videos and helpful explanations, we were finally able to reproduce and fix it.\n\nSteam achievements are now fully back on Mac! \nThank you again, Ender you saved Mac players everywhere.\n\n

Bug Fixes & Improvements

• Sacrifice animations got a sprite redraw!\n
• Self-Defense and Efficient Farming will also change the island sprite so it may give a hint that\'s already buffed!\n
• Chicken in the Corn now works correctly.\n
• Nerd Mode no longer stays active on the main menu.\n
• Fuel Grapes Essence:\n No longer block animals from picking Grapes. \n Now give the correct buff to Grapes production.\n
• Fake Sheep Crash - Fixed a crash when placing multiple Fake Sheep (previously named \"Sheep\") in the same fence.\n
• Chocolate Factory now properly transforms trees into Cocoa Trees.\n

Whats Next?

\n\nWhile this marks the end of new content for Early Access, were not done yet. Future updates including the 1.0 will focus on:\n

• In-game quests: Yeah, you read that right!\n
• Maybe a new resource to work with?! Stay tuned!\n
• Meta-progression through gems that you may get at the end of a run. Shiny cards are coming!\n
• Visual improvements: bouncy buttons, animations on all the UI.\n
• Sprite improvements: Some cards might pass through a redraw to fit even more the art-style of the game.\n
