Improving game-quality experience, this patch adjusts and fixes;

- a small typographical error
- a .wav conflict
- a path routing bug on death in the woodlands requiring a game restart upon dying.

4.0.1 is a minor patch which doesn't impact the scope and direction of the game, only correcting the few minor issues prevailing on release.
