This is a another largely UI-focused patch. Readability should be significantly enhanced due to the new font and sizing, especially on smaller screens! There is also a fog visual effect added to combat which adds a bit of ambience.

• Hulk now always drops 2 cards, no longer drops Manhole Covers, and will now drop Jackhammer as well as Lead Pipe

• Coda now can deliver the game's original intro
