Changes include:

Added an extensive custom text speed option
Added the ability to load a save while in an episode
Updated "Achieved..." notification flavor text to be more accurate to each girl's level of interest
Updated some DevBox text
Updated the Settings screen
Fixed a crash bug in Rivaldarts
