Upcoming Update Preview: Diplomacy, Dance, and Difficulty

Rumbelia is home to the chunky and charming Tumblegrubsbeefy creatures who burrow through stone, leaving behind holes that whistle tunes when the wind blows through. These tunes drive Tumblegrubs into a dance frenzy.
New Mission: Diplomacy!
CLONPO, in its infinite PR wisdom, has launched it's next peacekeeping campaign to take over the universe. Leading the charge? Our very literal diplomatic shuttle, PeacekeePR.

Do we end up building diplomatic bridges with the aliens? Weve got no shortage of Clonees lining up to pilot the PeacekeePR, that's for sure.
Player Experience Improvements
Were introducing several new quality-of-life settings based on your feedback:
Balance Changes
Weve heard some of you say the game feels a bit too easyand we agree. Our anonymous data shows a win rate above 50% at C.E.P. Level 1 and beyond, so were making adjustments.
That said, we dont want to raise the base difficulty, as many players still struggle early on. So, were increasing the challenge scaling from C.E.P. levels.
We will initially do some boring number changes to get the tuning right.
But the next step could be cooler, more dynamic changesmaybe involving new aliens?
Wed love to hear what you think about these. Your feedback helps us shape the future of Clonizerand CLONPO appreciates your unpaid labor immensely!

BONUS: As a token of appreciation for scrolling this far, here's a rare footage of a Tumblegrub having too much fun after getting rigged.
Hello fellow Clonees!
We want to give you a sneak peek at what weve been working on, and hear your thoughts! Most of these updates are planned for release during the first week of June, but adventurous players can expect to see them early on the public beta branch (bugginess included, free of charge!).
New Planet: Rumbelia

Rumbelia is home to the chunky and charming Tumblegrubsbeefy creatures who burrow through stone, leaving behind holes that whistle tunes when the wind blows through. These tunes drive Tumblegrubs into a dance frenzy.
- Tumblegrubs take double damage while dancing.
- Floating Plate tiles cause nearby Tumblegrubs to dance when pressed on.

CLONPO, in its infinite PR wisdom, has launched it's next peacekeeping campaign to take over the universe. Leading the charge? Our very literal diplomatic shuttle, PeacekeePR.
- The mission goal: Play the PeacekeePR card a set number of times.
- A new PeacekeePR card is generated every turn, but can only be played when its exactly in the center of your hand. Got to aim that capsule just right.
- DiploBots on the planet can generate new PeacekeePR cards or push cards in your hand left or right.

Do we end up building diplomatic bridges with the aliens? Weve got no shortage of Clonees lining up to pilot the PeacekeePR, that's for sure.
