Time and Transitions Technical Tweaks

-Improved "time aged" calculation: time spent on intro video and menu no longer contributes to whichever file you loaded. -Fixed bug where you couldn't skip past the intro cutscene the first time you start a new file from a fresh game open. -Made room transitions a little less flickery.
