I've noticed occasional crashes when a race finishes and while I haven't been able to reproduce the problem in a debug build yet, I did find a bug related to this. To be proactive I'm releasing a fix for this bug now even though I have yet to pinpoint the reason for the crash.

- Fix minor bug related to finishing a race
- Move "Switch character" from pause menu to key-bind when on starting line (see on-screen help)
