To launch the Second Quest in randomizer mode, hold R (or LB on a controller) while clicking "Yes" on the Second Quest confirmation dialog.
Due to changes to the mouse code, you might need to reajust your mouse speed.
Some mouses cause stuttering issues; if you're in that case you can use the new camera smoothing option to prevent it.

Here are the modifications provided by v1.3:
- Randomizer now available on Second Quest
- Added a camera smoothing option
- Loading screen now shows progress (prevents the "game is not responding" issue on some OS)
- Improved mouse input
- Improved frame interpolation (removes camera stuttering and lag on on screen weapons)
- Improved performances
- Fixed the wrong display of command on first launch in english (ZQSD instead of WASD)
- Fixed the hive and wasp crash
