-Fix: Respawn mode allowed possbility of duping.
-Fix: Another dupe due to lack of reinit.
-Fix: Some buildings lacked collision in Lagorigana.
-New/Change: Redid Options menu.
-New: Added "Export" to export help menu text to disk.
Maybe useful for people who want to do translations.
-Change: Tweaked some tbc mouse over font offsets.
