-Added sanity check so player can't gamble themselves into the negatives.
-More GUI tweaks.
-To cut down on new player confusion, I moved the new player starting location when they leave the tutorial.
-To cut down on new player confusion, i've also divided up the forces of Shadowtown a bit.
-Npcs that identify with their tribe are now additionally annotated as being a Tribesmen.
-I've disabled the manual equip/dequip buttons for now. Just use drag and drop.
-Added some GUI tips.
