Fixing input issues with some video setups.

Fixed the input issues caused by uncapped or high frame rate conditions in some setups that were causing unstable or frozen mouse inputs. Mouse capture event when entering a level has been tweaked to avoid causing confusion on new players's user experience.

Lair Hockey takes the enjoyment of hitting disks on an air hockey table further into worlds and battles, bosses and even to space.
