Current fixes/changes:

• Multiplayer lobby: number of players in lobby gets updated more frequently (once per 5 seconds)
• Options menu is more consistent now and should display correct values
• Options menu: vsync is now "on" or "off", no more levels from 0..4
• Options menu: post processing setting was not working before. Now it is working in-race but not yet in Main Menu
• Xou can't control the ship with keyboard anymore (keyboard controls was never supported, we forgot it was left in the game)

• Global standings displayed in multiplayer
• Received points are displayed as well in multiplayer, just like in single player
• Multiplayer: a new button added for clients to exit from multiplayer race
• Multiplayer: status field added in the multiplayer lobby list with values IN LOBBY, IN RACE
