In celebration of this combustible summer holiday, there's a new playable character. George is the original Kick Ass Commando. He’s the reason ‘Muricans celebrate July 4th by blowing things up. First a quick update on development - we are really close to releasing our next build that will feature a brand spanking new mission pack. This new mission pack will include 9 new kick ass levels with a new terrain type, new bad ass enemies, a new squad of green beret commandos, and even more cool stuff to blow up! In the meantime, we have released the official Kick Ass Commandos trading cards which are now available on Steam. Fire up Kick Ass Commandos and start collecting today!

Don’t even try this, you won’t survive!) - Added “tile physics” Swamp: Now when you’re in thick swamp, it's slightly harder to wade forward, and you drift a little too. - Added “tile physics” Slippery Shower: Now on the Don’t Drop the Soap level, you will slide around on the slippery floor of the shower. - Added a few bars of soap to push around in the shower level. This will help clean up all the blood! - Updated health powerups based on game difficulty (easier gets more health, harder gets less health) - Graphic tweak to mini-map (a little bounce animation on level start to draw your attention to the level goals) - Added spent shell casings to your machinegun (more stuff goes flying everywhere) - Pause: enabled a basic pause system in game. If that happened it could end up on top of a wall, trees, etc where it could not be killed. As a fail-safe, now if that ever happens - that enemy will get blown up when they go out of bounds. All enemies are hereby on notice - stay inside the playable area or else!
