Gameplay

Slightly reduce the Turret App bullet speed for levels 1-10
Show Hunter activation timer and progress on 'App Bar'
Buffed Hunter enemy score value - base score is 500 and increases by 500 each stage (1-10: 500, 11-20: 1000, etc)

Accessibility

Added distortion and screen shake slider options in settings.

Fixes

'New Glitch' marker was not showing on Main Menu when a new glitch was unlocked
