Max's Big Bust 2 - Max's Bigger Bust is now finished!

The final chapter, Max's Big Climax is available now, and a lot of craziness happens. We won't spoil what happens here, but there might be some fusion, there might be a big magical showdown, and there might be an incredibly tense puzzle section. We're really happy with how this update turned out.

We can't believe it, but the game is now done! We've tested the latest build and the story content is now 100% complete, but we're on standby to fix any bugs or errors if they crop up. If you run into anything strange, let us know!

This isn't the end of Max's adventures in Axon City, and we've already started work on our next game. Next up is another RPG in the same vein as Alluna and Brie, starring everyone's favourite battle robot S.E.R.A. We've also got another VN in the works, but we'll save that announcement for another date.

Thanks to everyone who supported the game, reported bugs, left us some feedback, or just played the game. The reception to Max 2 has been fantastic so far, and we plan to keep making more games like this well into the future. There's a lot of exciting things in store, so stay tuned!

One of our biggest updates yet is now live! Chapter 13 - Shared Body Shenanigans is exactly what it says on the tin. Max is going to wind up fused together with her love interest, and things are going to be completely and utterly ridiculous.

This update is absolutely massive and features:

• Six new forms for Max!
  
• A massive amount of variation between the love interests with no shared scenes at all!
  
• New characters!
  
• Returning characters from older games!
  
• Heaps of ridiculously revealing outfits!
  
• Captain Nekorai shows up at the end!
  

Fixed a critical crash, if you started a New Game since Chapter 12 released you will be required to restart the game (you can hold down the Ctrl button to skip read text). The error occurred once you received the phone from Zara early on in Chapter 1 and has now been resolved.

Chapter 12 of Max's Big Bust 2 - Max's Bigger Bust is now live on Steam!

This update comes in at 20,000 words and features the final trivia section of the game. The questions (and the ending CG) will be completely different depending on which trivia team you picked way back in Chapter 3. We're really happy with how the CG for this chapter turned out, and we think you'll all like them too!

Chapter 13 will be ready in the next 6 to 8 weeks. It's a longer development time than usual, but we are adding a tonne of content to this penultimate chapter. If there's any delays we'll let you know, but it will be worth the wait.

There's some big plot developments in this latest update, and we're really excited to hear what you all think!

Chapter 11 - Max Gets Turned Into A Robot is available now!

Max is getting closer to finding the criminal mastermind behind the string of recent thefts, and her investigation is starting to get personal. Commissioner Pandarai owns a massive mansion in the rich part of town, and Max is convinced her boss is hiding something big. Max is prepared to use whatever completely ridiculous means are necessary in order to discover the truth.

This chapter comes in at 25,000 words and adds approximately 1-1.5 hours worth of content to the game. There's a new puzzle section featuring some new mechanics, a new playable character (kind of), and a whole lot of new story content. The final act is kicking into gear, and Max might be in a whole lot more trouble than she bargained for.

Feedback on the waterpark update was really positive, and we're really happy with how this update turned out as well. I'm sure a few of you will have theories about where the plot is going next, and we've still got a whole lot more planned for Max. Our biggest update to the game yet is now live! Chapter 10 - Waterslides of Love takes place in Scoria Shores, a massive magical water park. Max runs around in a swimsuit, chaos ensues, and there's also a whole heap of romance! The new update features:

Chapter 9 - Max's Medieval Mayhem has released!

In this chapter, Max teams up with the busty fire elemental Ember to investigate the medieval theme park Bogga Wogga Bush Reserve. This chapter features one of our coolest adventure game sections yet, you'll be able to swap between Max and Ember as you explore Bogga Wogga Bush Reserve, and you'll need to use both of their abilities if you want to solve the case.

This chapter adds 15,000 words worth of content to the game and is over an hour long. Thanks for all of your support so far, we hope you enjoy the new update!

Chapter 8 - Alluna and Brie and Max and the Tentacle Menace is available now! This brand new chapter is just over 15,000 words in length and follows Max as she thwarts an attack on the Magical Response Unit headquarters.

This update features a new free time section, a lot of action sections and a whole lot of new plot developments. There's even a brand new character sprite for an existing character. We were able to release this update a bit quicker than usual because there wasn't a puzzle section in this chapter, but we're already hard at work on the next chapter (which will have a puzzle).

Chapter 7 - I Haven't Finished Writing The Trivia Section Yet has now released! Despite the title this is one of our biggest updates clocking in at over 35,000 words. There's approximately two hours worth of content to read and play through, including a massive investigation section where Max gets to interrogate suspects and shapeshift into multiple forms in the monstergirl city of Orogeny.

There is a lot of hidden scenes and bonus dialogue to find in this update, and if you run into any bugs or errors let us know via the Steam discussion forum and we will fix them as soon as we can. There are some significant plot developments in this update and we're really excited to hear everyone's thoughts and theories on where the story will head next. The feedback we've received from players has been really positive so far, and we've got some fantastic new assets in development for future updates. We think you'll love what we've got planned, things are going to get pretty ridiculous.

The second part of Chapter 7 will feature the trivia section (which will be completely different depending on which trivia team you picked way back in Chapter 2) and a new free time section where Max will get to explore The Frakk at night. It should be fun, and thankfully this mini update won't take as long as a full chapter to develop.

A massive new chapter has just been released! The fan favourite character Ember has finally returned to the game with a smoking hot new look, and in this chapter you'll actually get to play as her! An ancient relic with the power to destroy Axon City has been stolen, and it's up to Ember and her team in the night shift to get it back.



This new update features new story scenes, a new free time section where you'll be able to explore Axon City as Ember, and a massive investigation section in Horror Halls! Horror Halls is a brand new halloween theme park that has opened up in Axon City, and it's one of the game's biggest puzzle sections. There's bonus objectives to complete, a bunch of different rides to go on and of course there's a hidden mermaid spikers figurine to find. Your actions can even influence Max's relationships in future chapters!

Ember was added to the game as a result of fan feedback, and we're really happy we were able to adjust the storyline to fit her in. She's a great addition and we had a lot of fun writing these new scenes with the night shift. We've had a lot of success with the Early Access model and we're continuing to respond to feedback in order to make the game better.Enjoy Chapter 6 - Ember Finally Turns Up, and let us know what you thought of it in the discussion forums!

We've just released Chapter 5 of Max's Big Bust 2 - Max's Bigger Bust!! In this chapter Max attempts to sneak into a high security compound run by a mysterious cult of sexy witches... This chapter is absolutely massive, and it's easily our biggest update yet.

• Added Chapter 5, which is over 40,000 words worth of new content to read!
  
• Added Insect Battles! Now you can enter a tournament and duel citizens of Axon City in a 3 on 3 virtual pet fighting game! Explore the world to find new insects, add them to your team and level them up until you win all three rounds of the championship!
  
  
  
  InsectiVirus is a fully playable RPG minigame, complete with elemental weaknesses and special attacks. There's 25 insects to find hidden all throughout the game, and there's nearly 20 different people to battle in this chapter alone. More optional insect battles will be added to future chapters, so make sure you catch those insects while you can!
  
  
• Added a massive puzzle section in Chapter 5 that features a magic system, 11 areas to explore, a brand new character to interact with and a bunch of hidden optional bonus puzzles that tie in to the dating sim aspect of the game.
  
• Fixed a bug that was causing Heart Beats to display only 5 love interests instead of all 6.

Hey everyone! The launch of Max's Big Bust 2 has been a huge success, and to celebrate we're releasing Chapter 3 - Max Is Turned Into A Dog early!

You can play the new chapter now, which adds nearly two hours worth of new content to the game. Your choices and items from Chapter 1 and 2 carry over to this update, as well as your Heart Beat ranks with each character.

There's a new puzzle, a trivia section, Max gets turned into a dog and you get to visit the magical world of The Frakk for the first time. This update adds an extra 25,000 words to the game, and we can't wait to hear what you think of the new content.

If you encounter any bugs in the game, leave a message on the Steam discussion board and we'll fix them ASAP. We're currently at work finishing Chapter 4 which will release in approximately three weeks time.
