Right-Fire Unlock Version 2:
1. right-fire unlock is now needed to right-firing machine and railgun unlocks.
2. Small UI bug fixed where it would show the single pistol instead of dual pistol after unlocking machine gun or railgun before right-fire unlock.
3. More minor bugs fixed.
