Balance Changes

Labels of status effect durations exceeding 999 will be shortened to "1K, 2K, 3K, ..."
Clarified memento descriptions to explain that they will help preserve current life, rather than adding more

Addressed a number of issues in the leaderboard server code
Fixed an issue that could prevent a boss from spawning on a busy stage
Fixed an issue related to targeting multiple cells with Drill
Fixed a potential crash when using Blueberry outside of a stage
Fixed Magnifying Glass bypassing the Active stage mod
Fixed "Fire" and "Ice" sigil effects
Fixed some mementos running checks against life instead of max life
Fixed an issue with the "open cell" keybind that would cause it to activate objects in the same step as popping them from a bubble
Fixed a potential crash with the Constant Reminder emblem if it selected certain status effects like Justice Juice
Fixed Sentry Gnome not auto-unlocking if you had purchased it when it was called Guardian
Fixed some sound effects bypassing the "mute game in background" setting
Speculative fix for rare Hungry Plant crash
Speculative fix for minor alignment issue on the quest thumbnails
