[Balance] Changed the rewards for a few Grand and Uber Continuum Events. [Balance] The "Ordnance"-type active auxiliary items are now much more likely to roll damage buffs relevant to their damage types. [Balance] The likelihood of Ex fragments has been increased in the Continuum XL difficulty. [Balance] The Founders T7 skill "Skill Shot" has been buffed. [Balance] A few elite enemy weapons that previously were very weak have been buffed. [Misc] A new elite enemy modifier has been added - elites can now roll with a weapon that reduces warp plasma. [Bug fix] Fixed issues related to the evaluation order of some item sets. [Bug fix] Corrected some texts that were hard-coded to English.

Story
