Performance improvements and changes to cave-type maps
[Misc] Most maps in Act 2, and all Continuum Event cave maps, have been revised. They are now composed of long windy thick connected tunnels. [Performance] Non-essential item loot filter checks (such as those used for rendering) are now managed by a background thread. This should serve to increase performance/reduce lag. [Performance] Performance has been improved for most of the maps in Act 2. [Balance] Scout-type summons now move closer to their targets before they start shooting, making them behave more like dog fighters than snipers. [Bug fix] There was previously a need to re-equip the ship after spending points into the Founders skill "Molten Metals" for it to have an effect on on-board turrets. This requirement has been removed. [Bug fix] Conditions are now sorted according to type when evaluated. This should remove many of the weird character stat sheet updates that have been observed - some work on this topic likely remain.
