Small update to fix a few issues.
Changes
- Fixed issue with Replay icon not working at low aspect ratios
- Fixed issue with moving selection set in Sandbox when items have rotation
- Fixed bug with phase being lost when doing an undo after a boat/plane type change
- Don't allow Move or Erase tool while Hydraulic Controller is active
- Keep vehicles/flags aligned with terrain when moving up/down with input field controls
