Story Update, Part 0: Meet B9!

Stuff you might notice even without the patch notes:

B9 is now in an early alpha state
Suffer folder is now locked until player has three levels unlocked in Resolve folder
If your initial input on a hold is incorrect, then any beat-input can be held down for that hold
--this is to prevent the player from being "punished twice" for initially missing a hold

Stuff nobody will notice without the patch notes:

Hint-texts will now reposition to stay on-screen and readable on main menu
Added confirmation prompt before uploading level to Steam Workshop
Pressing the escape key on the main menu now opens the "Quit" prompt
Capped resonance limit at 999999 to prevent overflow errors
