TaniNani Patch #4

A minor fix for the mouse input and Russian UI boxes should now be updated for certain levels that looked wrong.

Moving chunks/tiles with mouse input while game is paused is fixed.
Right click on the mouse pauses the game, which allows you to play through the entire game with just one hand.
Russian UI box is fixed.
Summary text when playing with Russian or Chinese language have updated positions to look more correct.
