The Storyteller is Here! - Update No 6!

Hi guys! First of all, thank you all for being so supportive! And special thanks to Numb and Static for being so friendly and having me over on the stream! I really appreciate all of your guys' support! Secondly! Here is a shortlist of the updated/reworked/added stuff!

The biggest thing and the future of Heroes of Avranche is here! The custom adventures! Custom adventures allow you to make your own stories and share them with other people! I will set up the workshop page soon so it will be easier to download and play them! All of them will be available in multiplayer (when that update rolls out). One adventure is included as an example and template for everyone to try them out! I will be making them myself as well and they will be regularly added! Caution: The Storyteller mode is in Alpha right now so I would suggest not using your main character. It may also have a problem related to the networking even it is single player only right now (since multiplayer is being implemented still). Some of the other features regarding the custom adventures are not yet available in the game but are set up for the future such as Snapbox, Cutscene, and Dialogue editor (currently only barebones Dialogue is available). Next thing on the list, I would like to apologize for not being able to create two more environments and they should be available for the next update! With all of that being said I hope to not disappoint any of you and I hope you like what I've envisioned for Heroes of Avranche in the future! Cheers! :)

Enjoy the endless fun in endless dungeons! Uncover the truth about the destruction of the Guild and rebuild it from the ashes. Embark on epic, hand-crafted adventures as well as the random ones! Gather the best gear and defeat the toughest monsters and become the Hero of Avranche!

Heroes of Avranche is not your run of the mill action RPG. You do not pick a class in this game, you are all classes! You can swap between classes by pressing a button! And, on top of that, for every class you have two stances that you can also swap between, changing your play-style in an instant!

Heroes of Avranche features:

  • thousands of randomly generated items
  • dozens of abilities
  • both active and passive
  • dozens of monsters, each with their own unique abilities
  • and many, many environments.

When you chose to embark on an adventure you can pick your own difficulty and your own length. Random adventures last from 15 minutes all the way up to several hours while the hand-crafted ones take from 6 to 8 hours.
Upon finishing an adventure you bring back materials required to upgrade your guild! Upgrading the guild gives you access to more and more hand-crafted adventures!
