Billion Beat Bug Fix #14

This update fixes the following issues:

Fixes a bug where Li'l Zellies (the robotic companions of the 10th fighter) would keep updating even when the game is paused.
Fixes Mutant's Hyper Machine text on Hard Mode.

Additionally, a few Achievement descriptions have been updated to be more accurate. This brings the version number of the game up to 01.00.02.
