Fixes the following issues:

Fixes an issue with fight #4 in which the player could get stuck indefinitely if they got knocked down in a specific way.
Fixed an issue in which executing an EX Combo on a Practice Mode fight would overwrite a save slot.

This brings the version number up to 00.03.06.
