Aegis Online is released and available on Steam!
Thank you all for coming on this journey. We still have a lot of work we want to do for Aegis, but now it is out there. Everyone has a free 3d virtual tabletop. No one needs to miss game night again!
A short roadmap of what will be coming in the next few weeks:
- Steam matchmaking/friends support. This was implemented, but ran into stability issues, so it was disabled. We are working to get this functionality back into a good state.
- Campaign Management. It will be enhanced and more integrated with steam matchmaking and...
- Steam Workshop/Modability tools. Steam has a lot of tools to help people create and share content. And Aegis is highly moddable. We are working on getting these two aspects to play together nicely, so that adding cool items and such to your campaigns will be as easy as possible.
