Hello all you wonderful Steam people, here is a new 1.05 update for the game.
- Added mouse gui elements, pointer and crosshair, hide that mouse pointer when in game etc.
- Start new game did not reset health in pimp your tooth menu fix
- Food timer should stop when beating King Caries(you shouldn't die... when you've made it so far...)
- Various Optimisations, refactoring code, crush detection, removed crush detection/particles that were taking performance, range detection for processing enemies.
- Teleport to King Caries Lair should teleport accessories and toothpaste
- Small level tweaks
