0.18.12c is live

added back the zoom setting to in-game options
mouse wheel should now browse through skills properly
holding left alt will show you the details of all status effects
fixed scroll of enchant item and identify sometimes fizzling without any effect
fixed key-binding pop up being out of screen for items lower in inventory
