Changes:

Effort points have been re-balanced for all genres
4 new items available to purchase
Inspiration now recovers much faster when your character is idle
You now lose less fans when publishing an Article/Short-Story with bad reviews
XP is generated at a slightly slower rate than before during the first few years
You will now receive a mail message telling you how many fans you need to acquire before starting to get offers from Agents

This update should not break old saves, however if you run into issues you should try starting a new game.

Drafting Tales is a 2D isometric professional writer simulation game. You start as an inexperienced author working from a small apartment, which can be upgraded as you increase your income. Produce works of literature and gain experience to unlock new work types and items providing you with perks that will help you release your next bestseller.

Write articles, short-stories, non-fiction and novels
Select genre/topic combinations and allocate effort points to your work’s literary elements
Discover the ideal genre/topic and effort point combinations by asking your peers for feedback
Your inspiration is limited, so you'll need to develop appropriate strategies to maximise the number of works you produce and keep up with your expenses
Receive offers from agents and query publishers
Get your works published, receive reviews and acquire fans
