# Spinball 2.0 Release Notes

* Improved random arena algorithm to provide a better distribution of arenas
* Added mod support for music, logos, arenas, challenges, commentary, and settings
* Teams now start with random colors instead of always red vs blue
* Made shadows blurrier
* Made CPU players have a random number of paddles, heavily weighted towards 2 or 3
* Added control scheme info to pause screen during game
* Tied controller configuration to gamepad id
* Added ability to change number of paddles in between games of a match
* Fixed a bug where the stats page didn't show the right badge color for players
* Spins now have a higher initial value so tapping results in a bigger kick
* When the ball hasnt been touched yet, a blue indicator will oscillate around it to help players find it
* Arrows on the spin indicator are now angled
* Circles no longer will have a random light tan background color
* Fixed saves so they don't appear when it would not have been a goal
* Added a rate limit to saves
* Added a maximum range to saves
* Changed the arena selector UI to show the actual arena that will be used
* Added magnet ball mode - the ball will be attracted to the closest player on the team that last touched the ball
* Added gravity mode - everything will be given gravity and the game will be played as thought it was viewed from the side instead of the top down
* Added clear stats button
* DASH is now its own button instead of the result of pressing both spin buttons together
* New arena added: TRIANGLES
