Fightasy Fantasy gamebooks have been published a number of times over the decades by different book publishers. This lead to some of the titles having new artwork commissioned in later publications by Wizard Books or Scholastic due to licensing constraints or simply to fit in with the times. When adding a new title into Fighting Fantasy Classics we like to try and match the artwork as close as possible to the original 80s Puffin green-spine release. This isn't always possible for a number of reasons, but we're super excited to announce that we have secured the rights to use Jim Burns' original Freeway Fighter artwork! Many FF fans around the world will remember when the 13th Fighting Fantasy title dropped on to shop and library shelves in 1985.
