That Which Binds Us (TWBU) is a visual novel about a young woman named Evalise who's boyfriend isn't the best guy in the world... in fact, he's constantly in jail. However, on this occasion of trying to bail him out, she runs into a bail bonds salesman who proposes a different question- what if she could make him forget about her completely? With a simple cut of his knife, he can make anyone forget about any client. Evalise, cautious but curious, goes through with it, only to find her boyfriend now completely unaware of who she is. Now, she's trying to recollect her life as a now-single woman- but a mystery still surrounds her.

Surprise- That Which Binds Us has received a major art overhaul! All of the backgrounds have been replaced, going from filtered photos to standard visual novel backgrounds. We've also touched up some of the CGs to make them more up to standard, with one CG being completely replaced and redone. We've also added a brand new CG on the first playthrough route!
There have also been smaller improvements to the game such as wording, sprite placements, etc. We hope you guys enjoy this update!

It's major update time- in this newest version of That Which Binds Us, we've added achievements!
These achievements are to help show players what side scenes and endings they've yet to find. There are 8 in total, but only one is from the first half of the game- the rest are all in the new game+ section. For players who have already finished the game, some achievements should auto-unlock upon opening the game. Happy hunting!
