Outbreak: The New Nightmare v7.1 Released! Quick Weapon Swap Added!

Outbreak: The New Nightmare v7.1 has been released. This patch includes:

  • Quick weapon swap bindings have been added. You can now swap between handguns, Shotguns & Rifles, Power Weapons and Melee Weapons through dedicated bindings WITHOUT opening the inventory. This makes it considerably more easy in local co-op to manage your loadout. NOTE: If you've played Outbreak: The New Nightmare before, you will need to either reset your controls to default to use these or manually bind them.
  • Key bindings for Keyboard & Mouse on the 2nd local player are now separated. They will no longer automatically receive the same default binding as player one and their bindings can be completely unique. NOTE: If you've played Outbreak: The New Nightmare before, you will need to go to Options -> Controls and reset your controls to the defaults for this to take effect.
  • Fixed an issue where the player would not play the equipping animation if they were equipping an item of the same type.
  • Added volumetric lights to flashlights.
