STE: Save the Earth v1.3.1

Hey,
We have updated the game with some visual changes, balance and reworks that we think works better. This are the changes:

- New Import/Export system. The previous one was too strict and was binding the import for being used on the same machine only.
- The alien spawn have been changed to a grid.
- Supply box spawn time reduced from 20 mins. => 10 mins.
- Mothership spawn requirements reduced from 2000 aliens => 1500 aliens.
- The game now auto-saves after purchasing researches besides the regular auto-save every minute.
- New panel for the resources and relevant information on screen.
- Rework for the aliens sprite and animations. [spoiler](except portal aliens).[/spoiler]
- Some researches were not giving the full bonus. This is now fixed.
- After load from cloud the game was drawing double the troops that it should be. This have been fixed.
- Changed the color that represent resources in all tooltips.
