I've sent a request to steam to change Chinbu's Adventure - Ice World DLC to FREE. I realized that it wasn't right of me to charge extra for content that should have been included in the base game. I realize my mistake now, and I'm very sorry. Does anyone know a way I can provide refunds without paying fees that could end up more than the refunded amount? A collectathon action rpg where you play as a young dragon named Chinbu with the unique ability to control all elements.
