Interplanetary: Enhanced Edition Update 1.52.1913 - Online Saves, Modding Improvements and AI Fixes

Hello, Interplanetarists! Here's another bunch of various fixes, littered with a couple of pretty nice features. Among other things, this update includes two popular requests: Online Saving and fixes to the AIs targeting behavior. From now on, the inhumanely well targeted shots that the AI has been known for, are reserved for the "Impossible"-difficulty setting only. Other noteworthy things include additional modding mechanics. You can now actually add custom buildings using pre-existing assets. Check the Modding Guide in the game's root folder for more info. Interplanetary: Enhanced Edition Update 1.52.1913 - September 6th, 2017

Features
- Online Saving
  - Allows you to save an online game and continue it later. Only the original players can load a saved online game, but they can be replaced with AI or other players when re-creating the game
- Improved Modding Features
  - You can now add new buildings, upgrades, projects and such, using previously existing assets and mechanics
  - Game Setup now has a button that allows you to quickly view the changes made to the Gameplay Data files, in comparison to the official "Enhanced"-ruleset. You can also use this to see the changes the host has made, before staring an online match
  - A quick modding guide added to the root folder of the game
- Defense Bypass Probability Icon
  - When hovering over a defense range in ground targeting, an icon will now show the percentual probability you have for bypassing the defense
- Super Weapon Limit-Option
  - Re-implemented the Game Setup option to enable and disable the mechanic that restricts the building of super weapons to one of each type

Fixes
- AI now targets much more sensible trajectories, depending on the difficulty selection
- AI can no longer target destroyed or surrendered planets
- Event Log no longer shows the exact damage values when hitting a Shadow Building
- Fixed music transitions
- Fixed a bug that caused saving not to work when autosave amount was set to 0 in options
- Fixed various UI-elements to remember player specific scroll positions and Build Menu to remember expanded/collapsed categories
- Fixed the Nuclear Missile Fallout defense penetration upgrade

The no longer supported original is included in the Enhanced Edition for free, for the purposes of historical preservation and (hopefully) flattering comparison.
