Game Tycoon 2, major update to 0.3.0 (70% of the game) released! Patch notes below.
Main features added in this version:
- Law (buy engines, close publisher/distributor deals, buy licenses)
- Production/Warehouse (produce games, create boxes, see stock, assign contracts with stocks, sell budget games)
- Tutorial (until Update 3)
New:
- added message log in the company office, which shows the last news messages
- change the direction of the ticker news
- platform announcements and releases have now headlines
- platform announcements and releases have now blue prints of the upcoming system pictures and then final pictures
- added a pause-button to pause at any time
- added a new design of the top-object name view
- games which will be hyped can later be sold as license
- when buy/sell shares, you see an info how much you own
- first, but not complete calculation of sales
- distribute games (publish in a later update)
- Longer ticker texts are now available
- buy a engine and you have those features pre-selected when use the engine
Fixed:
- minor design issues
- change position of quit game "yes" and "no"
- optimized release dates of platforms
- longer company name possible
- employee in training, train and promote button disabled
- when entering the share-area, the first share is selected and it will be updated
- show selected button in bank
- a bug in the employee-board, when developer will be added for different technologies and features
- employee can't be added to already started projects
- some texts was too long for drop-down-fields
- flag in research menu was set to the first after the player go into that menu
- all menus where to select something are marked when the row is selected
- employee board at the university didn't show sometimes new devs
- technologies can be used, even it is in the research!
