Hello everyone!
What an exciting few days ! Thank you everyone who bought the game, we’ve been blown away. A GIANT thank you if you left feedback and reviews. We need to hear all your thoughts and feedback if we're going to make Quote as awesome as it can be!
Moving forward, our immediate focus is going to be on :
- Fixing up the save system. Making it easier to understand. There was a day one bug confusing "star of level" saves and "auto" saves. Until the next patch there's just Quick Save. I know this is a little frustrating (and old school) but it shouldn't be for long.
- Combat: There are a few issues with hitbox detection that make attacking large groups far too easy. There's also some confusion about the current system of building up power with light attacks to spend on damage with heavy attacks. This needs to be more clearly explained.
- UI: Many people found our weird and wonderful UI confusing. We're going to have a long think about how make this more understandable.
-Performance : I'm going to look into GPU optimisations to make things a little easier on your computers :)
