We’re proud to finally announce the release of Aaru’s Awakening on the 24th of February for Windows, Mac and Linux via Steam. After almost three years of development we look forward to releasing the game to the gaming community and follow its reception. As a token of gratitude to all the loyal followers and their continued patience as we worked on polishing the game - we will sell Aaru’s Awakening with a 15% discount for the first week. Aaru's Awakening is a hand-drawn, fast-paced 2D action platformer. The game puts players in charge of Aaru, a mythical creature with two unique abilities teleportation and charging. He uses these abilities as he travels through the dangerous world of Lumenox to defeat an evil entity. These two abilities are at the heart of every level design throughout the game, to make for a challenging and fluid experience. The levels require players to make split second decisions whilst completing fast-paced puzzles.
