Intralism: Rebuild is available now!
Greetings friends! It's Oxy949 with some announcements! Intralism: Rebuild (new improved version of the game) comes to Steam Store today! Join now to test the new features and support the development!
Main differences with the original game:
- Greatly improved performance and stability
- Multiplayer up to 100 player per room, new coop mode
- Improved graphics and visuals
- New map events (such as video)
- New editor (planned)

It's finally here! Meet official Intralism's bug-tracker . A bug tracking system or defect tracking system is a software application that keeps track of reported software bugs in software development projects. Why it's important step for the game? Because a lot of bug report's are outdated or are a dublicates of the same bug. From this time I'll try my best to fix the issues reported at the bug-tracker. It's been a long time from last game update and you probably have a lot of questions, that's why I want to anounce the first Q&A with devs! Map Moderation Update
Lately the moderation team has undergone many changes so that we can continue to publish official maps. This announcement will cover the most important changers to all you mappers out there!
The old moderation system has been replaced! This means you will no longer receive a "pending status" in the form of p3/p2/p1 etc. Instead you will receive one of the many status's on our "Moderation Process" document which is listed below! This form lists all the various states your map could potentially go through whilst it is being moderated. The process of how maps are moderated is also available on this form.
Ranking Criteria for maps has also been changed! The general rules remain the same however quite a few new additions have been made. The "Ranking Criteria" document list's the minimum requirements your map needs in order to be eligible for Official! (This document is also available below)
Lastly, this is the most important change to the moderation system. We will not moderate every map anymore, instead we will moderate maps submitted by mappers through a form. If you're a mapper and you want to have your map moderated you will need to fill out a simple form to notify our mod team. This form is listed below! You can also submit using our discord bot in the official discord server .
All of this may seem very vague or confusing so if you have any questions feel free to ask below or contact a moderator. All of these changes are likely to be updated/changed in the near future, for now this is a trial to see how well this new system will operate!

Old two-handed gameplay was improved by redone the mode from scratch. From this update the maps become a lot more playable

Updated map difficulty. Now it's not absolute from 0 to 5. Completing official map will result ranking points depending on map's difficulty. This means you get more points from playing difficult maps.New game modes

Moderation Changes and Future Updates
At first I want to say: "There was no Intralism without community"
And now to the point. Some time ago, one of our moderators, community manager and my development advisor, Sharp.Nsk, performed a series of non-professional actions that caused a repercussion and a split in the community. Therefore he was suspended from moderation for an indefinite period.
This step is also the beginning of a changes in the maps moderation system, which is now, alas, not perfect and depends of a group of volunteers. I'll tell you more details a little bit later.

General: Added (back) hardcore mode
One live, no checkpoints, accuracy instead of lives in UI. Same ranked tables with normal modeGeneral: Added tutorial

Core: Added +0.11 sec delay to arcs in map config v.2
Many "pro" players noticed that arcs in v.2 spawns a little bit earlier. This fix should resolve the problem. (join our Discord for more info)Site: Replay download button added
Our team loves fair play. From this update, replays are available to download. For now it's only a json file and not playable in game. Old replays are also available but only readable by moderators due to encoding.Editor: Set Player Distance event moved from "Storyboard" category to "Gameplay"
It was moved some updates ago, but many players sugessed it was bug. We moved it there due to "Black Screen option" - the option completly disables Storyboard events, but camera movements is a gameplay feature (check it on maps like Anubis) and can't be disabled.Server connection improvements and status info
Server performance increase. Game will check server connection and display any problems (such as Steam down and maintenance work)Discord and Twitch links open in OS's browser instead of Steam overlay

We are aware that some of you have connection error while launching the game.[/b]
The strange thing is that the game works well for some other players. I personally think that this error could be because of Steam servers, since Steam is having problems with forum posts now.
The error was reported to the Lead Developer of Intralism - Oxy949

About Updates #1. Ranks and Official Maps
Each Official map has an own score limit. To get the maximal score you need to hit each arc exactly to the crosshair. Like this:
When you make a perfect hit like this you will hear a special Hi-Hat hitsound.
If you didn't hit the crossair well, but was very near to it you will also hear Hi-Hat sound, but won't get the high score. However, you will be able to save your combo.
That means you get combo only for Perfect and Good hits.
If you will make any hit earlier or too late you will lose the combo and get a negative score. You will also hear the different hitsound.
If you hit the wrong direction or make random clicks your combo will reset and you also lose points. You will hear the glass break hitsound.
When you finish the map you will see Accuracy and Score amounts. The highter accuracy you have, the highter score you get :) To get the best Accuracy you always need to make Perfect hits.
If you will get enough amount of score you will see the Rank Up message on the screen, which will update your position in the Global ranks list.
Let's summarize: to get the hightest rank you need to play Official maps with the best Accuracy. Good luck with beating ranks!
If you don't like hitsounds, you can disable them!
Go to Settings>Audio>Unmark Hitsounds in Normal and Hitsounds in Relax.
You can also change hitsounds to your own ones.

About ranks in short:[/h1]
You can get a rank by playing only Official maps.
You won't get the rank by playing Loved, Funny or Workshop maps.
You can get a rank by playing only Normal game mode.
If you haven't got any rank yet your nickname will look like: Nickname#TBD
Once you get the rank you will see your global position near the nickname:
You can check all Global ranks on our website
Our website gets the information about profiles from Steam, so you can easily find other players by their Steam nicknames.

Please, have a look at the right upper corner of main menu.
Every player will have a personal card showing the following information:
● Gained level by playing any type of maps in Intralism.
● The current position in the list of global ranks. #1, #254, #4532, #11184 etc.
There is a white flashing effect for a card of #1-#10 players.
● KHB-Soft icon - Developers of Intralism.
● Intralism icon - Intralism Team member.
Not the final decision yet. Maybe the icon will be showed for all players.
● The golden star appearing for those who bought Contributor DLC*
The plus icon near of the player's card allows you to invite your friends to play Intralism together.
*It is planned to make the game free, but there also will be the possibility to buy the DLC unlocking some additional features in the game. The DLC will not give any advantages in gameplay and will cost the same price as the current game's price [note that the price may be changed in the future]. All current game owners will get DLC for free. I would tell about DLC a little bit later since we need to discuss all features it will give to players.
Note that when I mark something with the bolt text it is an important information you need to pay attention on. In the text above I marked the word gameplay.

Intralism: Rebuild - Next Big Step
Hi all, Oxy949 here.
At first want to say thanks to the community. There wouldn't be Intralism, without all of you!
So, it's been awhile since last update and I want to tell you about future plans and why there wasn't any news.
At first, our team was very busy launching new story-game Changeover: Decisions . That was fun experience! Finally, the game has been released and we can focus on other things. Things like next big Intralism "Rebuild" update.
Why "Rebuild"?
Intralism starts his story long ago at summer 2016. That time I had no experience at developing multiplayer (server-side) games at all. Now I see some major improvements that should be added. Not for mp only - for all the game. Global ranking system, more secure server connection and custom realtime-changing maps environments (see this old screenshot I made long ago for testing) for example.
But currently most of this features hardly possible with outdated code. So, I decided to COMPLETELY REWRITE (aka rebuild) FULL GAME. And there is some progress already. Hope Intralism: Rebuild soon become open beta and you can check out this awesome stuff yourself!
Almost forgot! Please tell us your suggestion about Rebuild here . New features, improvements and other thoughts.

Intralism - Future Update and Localization

At first want to say thanks for all your suggestions and responses! Currently our team working on new major update. Some spoilers without additional info:
In this update we also planning to add more languages. But our main priority is bugfixing and new features, so we decided to ask your help. Now every player are able to contribute/improve translations using a collaborative website. Upcoming Changes To The Highscore System
Hi all, Oxy949 here!
In the upcoming update (probably 1.5) will be changed a highscore system. For now checkpoints don't amends final score. After 1.5 update every restart from checkpoints in the solo mode will give player -1 000 points penalty and reset current combo.
This changes made to prevent players from infinite replaying, aimed to get the maximum possible score.
As a result of the update, leaderboards will be wiped. (Actually, there is a plan to wipe the leaderboards every month or week, but it's not implemented yet)
