A patch has been released, which should hopefully address the issues many of you have been experiencing. The fixes are as follows.

Any available controller should now be assigned to the player when starting the game.
Updated input plugin to latest version.
Alternative keys have been added for keyboard users:
- Left Arrow = Left Leg
- Right Arrow = Right Leg
- Up Arrow = Spine
- Down Arrow = Turn
- , = Breathe in
- . = Breathe out
- Space = Blink
- H = Head

Changed clutch mechanic to respond when button is 90% pressed.
Made Death less annoying in car section.
Small animation fixes for Death in car section.
Made MaidBot slightly easier to kill.
Made a certain last boss less frustrating.
Told Death to tone down the kickflip comments in the basement.
