The game is available on both Steam and GOG . Steam's version includes achievements (with trading cards and Workshop coming a bit later).
Every owner of the original "Eador. Masters of the Broken World" on Steam should receive a 15% discount coupon on Imperium. This, in addition to a 10% launch discount, gives you an already pretty appealing price right from the start. This offer lasts a week, so don't take too long!
