Refunct Update 4

Hey, due to popular demand a new update has been released to improve the speedrunning experience including a completion timer, instant restarts and more:

Added game completion timer after completing game once
Added instant game restart
Added persistent music and time of day through restarts
Added underwater low-pass music filter
Added exit game confirmation dialog
Added focusing restart button on menu and hiding level restart confirmation after second restart
Tweaked memory layout for better compatibility with external speedrun tools
Removed loading screen
