- VR comfort improvements - virtual screen for replays, better camera positioning and better ui placement, fewer uncomfortable camera motions, single pass rendering for higher frame rates.
- Track recovery times - strict limit on the amount of time you spend out of the race if you fall off the side or back of the track.

For the next couple of weeks a Giant Flying Pumpkin has come to Space Ribbon. All the existing cups are still there and we have added a Halloween Cup with a giant pumpkin to chase

We have heavily optimised performance for laptops and old PCs, we think the game will run on pretty much anything if you select "Fastest" from the quality drop down.
Improved pickup graphics for the Weapons cup and you can hold one defensive weapon and one attacking one and decide when to use
Fixed most of supersmo's bug discoveries

Slight reordering of screens to incorporate the garage in game flow
Fix most of the attract mode messing with car select screen bugs but one more fix to come tomorrow

v 2.23 Clearer cup structure and winning a cup gives you a new car to drive. Ghost weapon and cluster missiles on the Weapons cup. More road textures and changing colours towards end of race. Language selector in the options screen and extra languages and more consistent language use. Performance improvements for low spec PCs. Bug fixes
V 0.22 A start of a greater variety of track textures and changing track colours during the race. A restart button within race for those moments when things just don't go how you want.
V 0.21 It is still experimental but we have included a special weapons cup which allows for pickups and firing of weapons (A and LB) Also shields allow you to bash into people much fun and chaos. Plus performance optimisation and bug fixes and in-game localisation of over 20 languages
Virtual Reality arrives in Space Ribbon We are pleased to announce that Space Ribbon supports Virtual Reality on both Oculus and Steam VR. We have been playing Space Ribbon here in VR for the last 6 months and really enjoying it. Racing through space in VR in Space Ribbon is super cool and is so far one of the best VR experiences we have found. Check out the quality of the car models, they just look great. Gaze in awe as you chase the giant Tiger. There are no screenshots that do this justice you just have to play it and say WOW
Roll up of the days fixes based on player feedback 1 - Fixed the end of race position errors, now appears to be consistent and correct 2 - Added a Win32 target. 3 - Thanks to @hup for confirming that Steam Link works. 4 - Controller d-pad fixes. Coming Soon VR Support, we have it playing nicely on our test builds and are aiming to make it public this week New cleaner user interface
Update containing minor game fixes since launch and responses to player feedback 1 - Made the Panda Cup slightly harder 2 - Sorted some visual errors in 4 player split screen 3 - Improved Race Replay to be easier to use and prettier, you can now hide the GUI with the X key, good for making videos etc. 4 - Move to Unity 5.4 (the game engine) this brings speed ups in performance for some users Known Issues We are working on a fix to the race rankings, occasionally in tight races the wrong finish order is reported
