Ant Queen is a simulation game where you breed different types of ants to ultimately conquer your surroundings and achieve a stable ant colony.
The game focuses on a true representation of an ant colony in the wild. Just as in nature, this game provides an environment in which random events determine the outcome. It is a true ant game where you can control your units depending on your needs, as a real Queen would.
By allowing a natural progression of your colony, you really feel like your are the Queen of your ants.
All your ants, upgrades and acquired resources within your Empire will succeed through each level, enabling you to build your own colony.
Alot of features have been added in this version
- Corrected the minimap size
- Added the option to delete units
- Added the option to make the game run X2 speed or Normal Speed
- Added A UI button to change the location of your chambers - Cost of 5 Food
- Added the option to build Egg, Larva and Cocoon chambers.
- Each chamber cost the player Food, 15-25-35
- Added a laying chamber, this is needed in the situation where all chambers are full and the player want to drop an egg to be able to use the nurser for an other reason
- Chambers can be saved/loaded
- The player can now have one egg, larva or coocon per chamber
- The egg, larva and coocon have a timer to grow, depending on what ant the development time is different
- corrected the Red Ants spawning time and HP and Damage
- Small Beetles are easier to kill
-Optimazed the scripts
-Nursers take less CPU
-Rendere has been Optimize
To Do
-Try the Story Mode to see if things didn't get messy
-Work on the Main Menu page, add ants walking in the colony
-Mix the songs to not have the same song on loop
-see if we can put the back the undeground mites NPCs
-Check if the queen loses health too fast when the colony is big.
-Check Performance limit
