Awesomenauts is a MOBA fitted into the form of an accessible 3-on-3 action platformer. Head out to the online battlefields together with your friends as an online party or in local splitscreen, and never worry about having to wait for an online match because of drop-in matchmaking!

During the Streamisho last Wednesday, we announced that the Beta for Awesomenauts 3.3: Rise of Galactron will commence on July 20th. This Beta will grant you access to the new matchmaking system and overhauled menus, and be the first time we're testing all of these systems publicly!
This Beta will follow on the release of Awesomenauts 3.2: The Green Guardian. This update will launch on July 6th and contains a brand new character: Ix the Interloper. This character will be available for free to all players.
Some of the most important features we'll be testing in the Beta for Awesomenauts 3.3 are the following:
- persistent party: team up with friends and stay together when finishing a game
- updated character select menu: a complete overhaul of the character select screen
- improved matchmaking: vastly improved matchmaking experience
- removal of latejoin: players will now always join a match at the very beginning
- rejoin functionality: the ability to rejoin a match from which you have disconnected
- matchmaking lockout: disconnected players will ONLY be able to reconnect
- increased leaver penalties: players who abandon matches will suffer greater penalties

The Awesomenauts 3.3: Rise of Omicron Beta will be available July 20th to all players.
