Hey gals and lads, Sorry for so long time without any build. Especially people that were waiting for their fancy custom heads. So, straight to the point. Summary of changes:

April's accolades were added by Bunnie.
Fixes to maps and mapcycles thanks to Ni/Biurza/Mazey
New Japanese translation thanks to kinokino7.
More custom Patreon heads.
Admins should see other admins' moderation accolade and name colour.
