A third-person horror action game set in dark, atmospheric underground environments, blending psychological suspense with intense combat.
The story follows Adam, a former special forces operative assigned a top-secret mission: investigate a supposedly abandoned underground bio-research facility and extract evidence proving the government’s involvement in funding a viral development program—one that spiraled out of control and killed thousands.
What begins as a simple data retrieval job quickly turns into a dangerous search for answers. Most of the facility’s personnel are dead—casualties of brutal emergency protocols. Two scientists are missing, and Adam must track them through dark, hazardous corridors and storm-drain tunnels.
As Adam follows their trail, unsettling signs and unexplained events make him question the true nature of his mission—and his own connection to the facility.

This update brings the Backup Generator level, a short new map, along with a reworked ammo and health injection system. Previously, players received default ammo and health injections at the start of each level; this has now been replaced with a system based on your resource usage and management during gameplay. ENTITY: THE BLACK DAY now supports 25 languages, including full UI translation and subtitles. This makes the game more immersive and accessible for players all around the world.
Partial Controller Support You can now fully enjoy gameplay with your controller. However, navigating menus and solving a few puzzles may still require a mouse (around 12% of total playtime).
Aim Assist (Controller Only) For players using a controller, Aim Assist is now available. This feature smooths out precision when targeting enemies, making combat more responsive and enjoyable without removing the challenge.
Flag Customization (36 Flags Available)
Players can now customize Adam character with a choice of 36 different flags, allowing for a more personal and unique identity in-game.
