Now if you press SPACE at the very first controller config screen, you can skip the configuration. You won't be able to use the game's in-game controller stuff but keyboard or an external joypad to key input software will work. This was added because some computers are detecting controllers when none are plugged in, making getting into the game impossible.

In Anodyne, you explore and fight your way through surreal and at times, creepy, nature, urban and abstract themed areas in the human Young's subconscious, evoked by a 16-bit-era visual style and a moody, dream-like soundtrack. Created by Sean HTCH and Joni Kittaka.
