As we head off to the last few days of the campaign, we are still going, so let's finish off strong!
When the campaign ends on January 29th, make sure you are ready! We are going to be sending out a Backer Survey in order to get all the important information we need in order to ship out the physical and digital rewards. The delivery time of many of these rewards will be given out closer to the launch of the game. However, for Custom Pal, Crow Pal, and Seagull Pals, they will be given the link to the developer Discords and communication for custom bird characters.

We updated the FLY GUYS demo just today. The update includes many improvements to overall controls and game feel, and we hope you can try it out and see the improvement!
Some improvements include:
- Overall improvements to both flying and on-ground controls.
- Addition of a fruit-pushing challenge! Make your way up to the top of the village's spire while rolling a fruit to the top!
- Updated VFX for the water.
- New dash mechanic! Now you can soar through the skies or trot through the world at record speed! Speedrunners, take note!
- The ability to turn on or off the game's post-processing and fine-tune it to your liking!
- Many other bug fixes and improvements.
Crowdfunding Announcement!
Towards the end of 2024, the FLY GUYS team is planning to launch a crowdfunding campaign. Most likely on either Kickstarter or Indiegogo.This funding will allow us to:
- Release FLY GUYS on consoles(PlayStation, XBOX, Nintendo Switch)
- Fund future convention booths to show off the game!
- Fund further development.
- Marketing with online content creators!
With this crowdfunding, backers will be able to get some cool FLY GUYS-related items and merchandise! Further details will be elaborated on soon, so keep your eyes peeled!

The Phoenix Jungle
In the last large update we shared that we were working on a new island called the Phoenix Jungle. It is now very full of life and energy! Youll find that the Fly Guys and Gals on this island love living life and taking in the sun.
New and Improved Systems
The team has been working hard on some improvements to the game that arent as large scale as the jungle island - but were sure theyll make a world of difference! Heres a highlight of some special things the team has been up to.
Forecast Shows Light Snow in the Frostbelly Archipelago
Our VFX artist has been hard at work creating this cool snowy effect that only appears when Fly Guy enters Frostbelly Archipelago. Make sure to bundle up!
Rounding Out The Edges
Our team has been continuously polishing the games feel and appearance; One of these polishes includes this panini projection effect which makes the world look round! It also reminds us of the CRT days of gaming.
More Game Settings
Our Lead Engineer has been improving and expanding the game settings available to the player. We hope that this expansion will improve the experience for all players to enjoy the game however they like!
